Orders are processed the same or next business day.Packages typically arrive within 1-4 days after production.The delivery times are visible in every specific product description. Products will be shipped directly from Germany by UPS carbon neutral.

Please add 2-3 weeks to the estimated shipping times stated above for products from our „made after order“, since they are manufactured in Berlin.

Returns
Please use UPS’s returns form.If a package is returned to us because the customer did not claim the package, howareyou does not send replacements. howareyou is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery and has no control over this. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determines these charges, and howareyou has no way of knowing what those charges may be.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns can be made only if the products are in unworn condition. Acceptable reasons for an return: factory defects, wrong color or size was sent, or error on our part. Customers must send us an e-mail stating their name and invoice number within 5 days of receiving the product if they are requesting a return. We will email you instructions on how to return the product. We will pay for the shipment back to us and back to you again.

Exchanges can be made only if the products are in unworn condition. Acceptable reasons for an exchange: colors are different than pictured, the product does not fit. Customers must send us an e-mail stating their name and invoice number within 5 days of receiving the product if they are requesting an exchange. In case of an exchange we ask that you pay for the shipment to us and back to you. In case your desired product is not available anymore, you will receive a credit memo which has to be redeemed within 6 month.

ACCOUNTS, PASSWORDS AND SECURITY

Personal information is gathered by auntiepop.com during the order check out process. During the check out process, your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and credit card informations are collected. Your account user name and password are collected at this time as well. Please note that your user name is your email address and you may create your own unique password.
